Wedding Planner

Perfect for the couple  planning  their wedding without assistance, but wants a  professional to handle the details on the wedding day so that they can enjoy their celebration . 

You do the planning and our team will ensure that your wedding comes together just as you envisioned it. We will be there from the moment you sign, making sure you are on track with all the details!

Pre-Planning

  • Initial planning meeting to  over any questions, details and logistics and needs for the day. 

  • 2   planning meetings to discuss your planning as it progresses and answer any and all wedding related questions, to include but not limited to: décor, theme, logistics, vendor selection, timelines etc – we are here to help you

  • Unlimited email support for general guidance and questions – you will have questions, and we will be there for you. 

  • Month of check in to make sure you are on track with all your final plans.

  • Attend your Final Venue Walk Through with venue staff, catering manager (or Food Truck manager) 

  • Receive all wedding items for ceremony and reception (1 week before wedding)

 

Rehearsal Day  

  • Up to one hour of rehearsal day coverage 

  • Wedding rehearsal coordination and direction in conjunction with hired officiate (if any)

Wedding Day

  • Up to ten hours of wedding day coverage on wedding day with two coordinators

  • Confirm all event areas are set up according to plan

  • Management of deliveries and set up

  • Set up of  special event decor items including favors, escort/place cards, menu’s, guest book, table numbers etc

  • Vendor assistance, supervision and direction all event vendors including load in, set-up, and execution 

  • Assist and guide bridal party, family members and guests throughout the event

  • Direct all ceremony and reception proceedings including ceremony processional and recessional, photographs, grand entrance, first dance, dinner service, toasts, vendor meals, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, grand exit and other special activity

  • Alleviate last minute challenges and stresses (emergency wedding kit on hand)

  • Ensure gifts have been relocated to secure area as requested by clients

  • Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities

  • Collect all personal items at conclusion of the event and distribute to designated individual or pre-arranged car
